Woodberry by the Sea is ideally located in the heart of Walton-on-the-Naze, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, pier and town centre. Walton-on-the-Naze train station is also very close by, making the house easy to reach without a car. On site parking for two cars if driving. Sleeps up to six guests. Enjoy beautiful coastal walks, traditional seaside attractions, cafés, shops and the peaceful surroundings of the area.

We had such a lovely stay at Woodberry by the sea. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean and has everything you could need for a relaxing break. The beach is at the end of the road and the town a few minutes walk away

We absolutely loved our stay here! We were the first guests at Angela’s property and you can tell how much care and attention has gone into every detail. It’s been beautifully decorated, feels so fresh and welcoming, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived.We were visiting family nearby, and it was the perfect base for us. It had everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a real home away from home.The host was amazing from the moment we booked. Angela was kind, accommodating, and genuinely wanted to make sure we had the best stay possible.As their first guests, we felt honoured to be the ones enjoying all the hard work that has clearly been put in to creating such a lovely place. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Walton.

We were delighted with our stay here. It's been fully refurbed throughout. It's immaculate, beautifully finished, light and airy. It's obviously been done with love and care.The location is superb, a few minutes walk to the wonderful beach - long sloping sand, great for swimming, sandcastles, or just sunning - also ice creams, cups of tea (we are British after all), fish and chips, buckets and spades, The railway station is just round the corner, there's off-road parking at the front, a lovely garden for evening relaxing, walkable close to supermarkets, The landlady was very helpful, responding promptly via Airbnb.Great property, great landlady.We loved this place and hope to come again.

We’ve just spent a lovely few days staying in Walton at Woodberry‑by‑the‑Sea and it was perfect for our family break. Angela was such a responsive, friendly host and her attention to detail really stood out. The birthday card, banners, and bottle of prosecco she left to celebrate my mum’s birthday were such thoughtful touches and made the stay feel extra special.The house itself is beautifully refurbished with gorgeous interior design, a cosy feel, and a lovely garden to sit out in.The location couldn’t be better: just a short stroll down to the beach, which made popping out for walks and paddles so easy. We had everything we needed for a relaxing family stay.We also tried Harbour Lights for lunch, as recommended by Angela, and couldn’t fault it. Great food and a lovely atmosphere.We’d happily return to Woodberry‑by‑the‑Sea for another family getaway.
