Located at the end of a dead end of a residential residential area in Montreuil in the Paris region (Ile de France ) , our loft in modern style welcomes. The house on one floor has a large lounge / living room of 90m² with a height of 6 meters under the ceiling. 
The living room has a dining table for 6 persons. The open kitchen is equipped with a central island with microwave, oven, hob, fridge and freezer dishwasher, coffee machine.

The ground floor overlooks a huge garden with trees and shaded areas and has sanitary facilities and a storage room and / or cloakroom. The floor of the house gives access to a second living room with office, a bathroom with separate toilet.

The space is flexible for all your requests. We have a video projector that can be made available.
