The living room is equipped with a large smart tv offering all streaming platforms (subscription not provided) and thousands of free worldwide live tv channels. The living room has a direct access to the main terrace.<br>On the other side of the living room you can find a dining area with a large dining table with 6 chairs with option to extend up to 8. In the dining area there is the elevator, stair case to the lower and upper floor, a toilet and door to the kitchen.<br>The living area is air conditioned.</p> <p>The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, water filter, coffee machines and many other kitchen equipment and supplies. There is a direct access to the swimming pool from the kitchen. It's a large <strong>double bedroom</strong> with a king size bed, sofa bed, baby cot, air condition and a flat TV. In addition to that, there is a bathroom with a walk in shower on this floor and a small sitting area with a sofa and two chairs. This sitting area has also exit/entrance door to the terrace. The sitting room has a direct access to a large private garage.</p> <h4>Outdoor</h4> <p>The southern garden with the direct access to the living room offers a tiled terrace with a large table with 6 chairs and a gas BBQ and an artificial grass garden with 2 sun beds and a lounge for 5 persons.
