Welcome to Beach Break Suites Private Villa, your exclusive group retreat in the heart of Sayulita.
Enjoy the privacy of an entire boutique property reserved exclusively for your group. Featuring five fully equipped private suites, Beach Break Suites Private Villa comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it ideal for family vacations, surf trips, yoga retreats, remote work getaways, birthdays, and unforgettable vacations with friends.

The rooftop terrace is the heart of the property. Spend your days relaxing in the private pool, grilling on the BBQ, enjoying sunset drinks, practicing morning yoga, or simply gathering together after a day at the beach. It's a space designed for connection, relaxation, and making lasting memories.
Located just a short walk from Sayulita's beach, surf breaks, restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and vibrant nightlife, you'll experience everything this charming surf town has to offer without needing a car.
What makes Beach Break Suites Private Villa unique is its layout. Unlike a traditional vacation home, your group enjoys the privacy of five independent suites while sharing beautiful common areas designed for spending time together. It's the perfect combination of comfort, flexibility, and privacy.
As we're located in the lively downtown area of Sayulita, some ambient music and town activity may occasionally be heard, especially in the evenings. For many guests, this is simply part of the authentic Sayulita experience.
Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, organizing a wellness retreat, planning a surf adventure, or bringing family and friends together for an unforgettable vacation, Beach Break Suites Private Villa offers the space, privacy, and location to make your stay truly memorable.
