The house is fully equipped, has towels, soap, washing machine, dryer and cleaning service every 7 days of stay.  Only 10 minutes from the beach, a privileged location in the city.  It does not have private parking. But you can park the car for free around the surroundings of the house. For private parking, you will find "Mercado Cabanyal Parking" - 8 minutes walking distance and "JJ Domine Parking"- 10 minutes walking distance.  It is a typical house in the Cabanyal neighborhood, a neighborhood that was originally the fishermen's district of Valencia, where maritime tradition and authentic popular character are breathed.  La Casona is surrounded by restaurants and bars, a few steps from the El Grau tram stop. And 500 meters from the beach of Las Arenas and the entertainment area Marina de Valencia. Its location makes it privileged to enjoy the sea, relax in one of the most authentic neighborhoods of the city, which is also very well connected to the city center and the airport.
