With five comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room to spread out, Bear Oaks Retreat is ideal for family vacations, weekend getaways, reunions, wedding guests, and group trips. The home comfortably sleeps 9 guests in beds and accommodates up to 13 overnight guests using the available futon, couches, and twin air mattress.
Please include the total number of overnight guests (adults and children) when booking. Guest count allows us to prepare the home with the appropriate towels, linens, and supplies, ensures compliance with our occupancy limits, and applies any additional guest fees when applicable. If your group size changes before arrival, simply let us know so we can update your reservation.

Crew housing, contractor lodging, extended job stays, and commercial use are not permitted without prior written approval.
All overnight guests (adults and children) must be accurately listed on the reservation before check-in. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
Guest count is used to prepare towels, linens, and supplies and to determine applicable additional guest fees.
Please leave the home in a reasonably tidy condition, including disposing of trash and properly storing dishes.
Excessive mess, damage, smoking, unauthorized guests, or failure to follow house rules may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.
