 This fully furnished condo includes a spacious balcony with an ocean view, soaring ceilings, and split bedrooms so everyone has their own wing of the home.
The unit sleeps 6 people comfortably (2 additional children can be accommodated on a sleeper sofa in the bedroom), and all rooms have air-conditioning and free WIFI. A grocery store and coffee drive-thru are only steps away for your convenience!
The space
The unit's interior has everything you need while you are away from home and vacationing. The first floor has two primary suites with attached bathrooms. One bedroom has a futon that opens into a full-sized bed, and its bath includes a shower. The bathroom in the other suite has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen and dining room/living room combo are also located on the first floor. The third bedroom with a shower and two single beds is on the second floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with all major appliances, small appliances, and kitchenware.&nbsp; 
Not sure where to start?&nbsp;Our concierge service can assist you with your domestic (Belize) travel and tours/excursions. If you are traveling from the mainland to Ambergris Caye/San Pedro by water taxi, we can arrange for your ground transportation from the international airport in Belize City (BZE) to the water taxi terminal and have your water taxi tickets waiting for you. If traveling by air, we can book your flight from BZE to San Pedro. Golf carts are the main mode of transportation on Ambergris Caye/San Pedro and perfect for exploring the island. We can make a golf cart reservation for you so your cart is waiting for you upon arrival.
Some of our rental properties provide water sports equipment, bicycles, grills, and beach games free of charge. If provided, they will be listed in the property's amenities.
Activities on Ambergris Caye/San Pedro are definitely water related as Belize has the second largest barrier reef in the world. There are snorkeling and scuba diving trips just a short boat ride from shore. Flats fly fishing, reef fishing or deep-sea fishing can be booked for half or full-day trips. Kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis, kite boards, windsurfers and bicycles can be rented by the hour. You can spend hours beach combing and stopping for cool beverages up and down the coast at a multitude of beach bars. Many beach bars have live local music to entertain you. Get a birds-eye view of the island and turquoise blue waters by parasailing or even book a helicopter tour. If spending a relaxing day on the water aboard a catamaran or sailboat excites you, we are happy to coordinate. There's even a casino on the island if you're feeling lucky! We can also schedule onsite services such as massage and a private chef.
If you want a different type of adventure, you may want to visit the mainland and be welcomed by the jungle! We can help coordinate transportation to the mainland from Ambergris Caye/San Pedro and a whole list of activities - Belize Zoo, ancient Mayan sites, cave tubing, zip lining, hiking, rappelling, waterfalls, horseback riding, pontoon boating, butterfly farm.

The town of San Pedro sits on the Caribbean Island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. It is a beautiful tropical paradise in a developing country. Although most areas on the island are connected to electricity, water, and internet, please be aware that there are occasional interruptions in service. Planned interruptions in service are announced by the local utility companies, and we strive to inform our guests as quickly as we are notified. When interruptions occur that are unplanned, the locals go about making the most of their day until service is restored. Keep in mind that the climate is tropical. We experience trade winds, periods of rain (and occasionally brilliant lightning), and insects. Geckos commonly find their way indoors, but they are harmless and eat insects.

Host was very communicative from the time of initial reservation all the way through booking. Clear instructions, offers / recommendations for local services were provided. We had a fantastic stay and the Coco Loco's restaurant / pool just downstairs from the condo was great to unwind. No surprises, just good service and a great location to spend time with the family and do some scuba diving.

Had a lovely time in Belize. It was my family’s 4th time on the island and we love it there. The apartment was in great condition. A few maintenance issues needed to be solved but were taken of in a quick manner. We liked the complex layout as it was peaceful and easy to find.



 Would definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful condo - perfect location. Waking up to the beautiful Belizean water is a dream. It is close to town if you want to do dinner but also close-ish to secret beach! Having Cocos Locos beach bar steps away is very nice too but it doesn't keep you up at night.  Cons - everything is a bit worn, if we were to stay here again we would like to see it updated.  We had some issues with things not working and though it was taken care of pretty quickly, we would've rather not had to deal with maintenance issues during our vacation, especially for the price per night.
