Round out your relaxation in our Finnish wood fired sauna with cold dunking tub at (50$ per hour). 
A Finnish wood stove sauna is available for guests at ($50 per hour).
Free parking is located approx. 100 ft from unit with level grounds for easy access.
I am always available but also give guests their space. I live on the premises and can assist with needs when requested.
Situated on 16.5 acres on a hillside overlooking Bates Landing and the Bellisle Ferry - access to public beach and boat launch. Walking or jogging - quiet country dirt road nearby, forests, farmers market below house. Nature lovers dream come true with Strawberry U-pick in June, Apple u-pick in Aug and Pumpkin in Sept.
You will need a vehicle and there is ample parking, trucks with boat trailers welcome. Hampton 12 mins away, Elmhurst Outdoors 10 mins away, Evandale 20 mins away. 10 mins to diner "Up to Par" down the bay; Kredls 12 mins away in Hampton; Bate's landing farmers market just below; Kingston Farmers market 15 min away; Also close to golf courses down the bay as well.

"Lookout Dome" at the Belleisle Bayview Retreat

We spent the weekend in Andrew's Lookout Dome and it was absolutely incredible! The dome was clean, and cozy and had a beautiful sunrise view over the river! We loved every second of our trip! Andrew was an incredible host, and was full of amazing recommendations! We will be back!!!

Perfect Winter Getaway!

Our weekend at Lookout Dome was nothing short of magical. The snowfall on the first night was mesmerizing, creating a picturesque setting. The next day, exploring the nearby ice caves added an adventurous touch, and the host's generosity in letting us use the basement apartment enhanced our experience. A perfect blend of cozy accommodation, breathtaking scenery, and warm hospitality made it an unforgettable getaway. Highly recommend this spot for those seeking a serene escape with friends.

Andrew’s beautiful oasis was even better than we were expecting! Everything was as described, with a few bonus activities! Andrew was responsive and thoroughly explained how everything worked upon arrival. Would highly recommend this spot for those who want a break from the busyness of daily life. The “lookout” view was incredible and the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee and a chat! Thanks again for the hospitality :)

Incredible View from Lookout!

We had an exceptional experience here at the Lookout Dome! The views were incredible and the dome itself was peaceful and cozy - even during the cold winter night we were still toasty warm inside. Andrew was a great host, such a beautiful spot and has everything you could possibly need for a perfect getaway! Would love to come back again sometime.

Cozy in Winter

This is a gorgeous setting. Very private, amazing views of the water. For a real NB experience, take the Belleisle ferry just at the bottom of the hill.
The bathroom facilities were clean. All the necessary supplies for an outdoor kitchen were provided.
The dome was clean.
This was perfect for our annual family getaway with six people between the two domes and one yurt. Definitely would recommend!
