12 Churchtown is a charming old Cornish Cottage right in the heart of the bustling village of St Agnes, and just 10 mins walk from the beautiful sandy beaches and SW coastal path.
Ideal for young families, or a spacious retreat for couples, the cottage has been completely renovated and is fully equipped with everything you need for a&nbsp;comfortable, spacious and homely base to relax and explore from!
The house includes&nbsp;a large king size main bedroom, a smaller second bedroom suitable for 2 children or an adult (or couple willing to share a smaller room!), plus a double sofa bed in the living room, with logburner and ample space to relax and watch the world go by outside, then downstairs a&nbsp;spacious and well furnished&nbsp;kitchen dining room and an additional snug for kids or pets.
We can also provide a high chair, travel cot and kids cutlery and plates to make your stay with children easier.

Charming Cornish Cottage in the heart of St Agnes

This was a very spacious, clean two level holiday home with adjoining court yard. It is situated in middle of everything you need in the small town of St Agnes. There is an amazing bakery a stones throw from your front door and a pub next door which is always vibrant. There is a 5 minute Walk to the lower part of town which has some great pubs and restaurants and also 10 minutes from the small cove beach with has cafes and a craft ale and pizza bar over looking the beach. Prime location, clean, loads of amenities, it’s situated close to larger towns like Newquay and 30 mins from the south coast. Top place to stay and Ben and Katie were were very proactive in communicating

Highly Recommend!

Great Location ! Central to walk to Trevaunance Cove and have that early swim ! Trevellas Cove nearby and good location to get on to the South Coast Path to walk to lots of locations . Local shops and restaurants within easy reach and of course right next to the famous St Agnes Bakery ! House is spacious with good Kitchen and Bathroom

Lovely house, very centrally located, ideal to explore St Agnes and the surrounding countryside. House is very well equipped, good kitchen with everything you need and a great bathroom. Hosts proactive and local. Loved our stay - would highly recommend.

Perfect central location

12 churchtown is in the perfect spot of St Agnes - morning trips to the bakery and walking distance to the beach. We had a lovely stay. The place was very spacious for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 young children). Thank you!
