Evergreen Lodge+Ski - Cozy Relaxing Big Bear Cabin

Love the seclusion of being in the woods. This place makes you feel that being a good distraction from city life, cozy, and definitely peaceful. We just needed a quick get away. With a quick dinner in village (10-15 min drive), and then beer and a fire in the living area with wife. Clean clean clean!!!! And oh so warm and cozy. Did I say cozy?! Yeah that’s right. Great jacuzzi with awesome lights. We didn’t use sauna much but did turn it on for a bit, and yup! Works great. All in all. Great budget friendly place with all you need!

Natural at its best

Highly recommend this cabin, it was spotless. I'm very picky with cabins as they tend to be old and stuffy but this cabin exceeded my expectations, it was newly renovated and looked just like the photos. Will definitely be back and have recommended this cabin to my friends and family!

Glad i picked this one

We are back home refreshed and looking back fondly on our time at the “Chateau”. The main things we really hope for in a perfect AirBnb are: safe/good location, cleanliness, comfortable beds, good water pressure in shower, well equipped kitchen, and entertainment options. This home exceeded all of our hopes when we walked in. It is meticulously updated, extremely clean- maybe one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at, the showers are spa like, the beds so comfortable we agreed we slept almost better than we do at home, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals along with gourmet coffee and tea options. The backyard is beautiful for playing games or relaxing, the huge tv’s in every room made movie nights so fun, and family game nights were also so fun with all the board game options. Our little ones especially enjoyed Junior Monopoly and just running around in general- very family friendly.Equally as impressive to the home are the hosts. Nick were great communicators, responded rapidly to a couple of questions, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and having a good stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and very nice, only about a 15 minute drive to The Village. Overall, we highly recommend this cozy and beautiful cabin and would happily stay here again.

Thank you so much Nicholas

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The home was spotless upon check-in and you could immediately tell that there was great attention to detail. The layout was perfect for our family with plenty of space for gathering for a breakfast before skiing or watching a movie at the end of the day. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were quite comfortable and well-appointed! And the icing on the cake was the opportunity to play some of our favorite video games that we played as kids. Nicholas was a gracious host...checked in on us during our stay and was incredibly responsive when we thought we may have left an item behind. We would definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully be back again soon! Thank you!

Perfect for vacation

Unbelievable. My wife is from Big Bear lake and I ski up here ~20 times a year. We were STILL impressed with the beauty and vibe this place had. You must stay here if you can !
