Located on the 10th floor and facing East, Permanent Vacation! is a 2 bedroom plus a bonus Jr. room, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers breathtaking direct waterfront views of Biscayne Bay and Heart island, and Venetian Marina, from its private balcony. With over 1400 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Permanent Vacation! accommodates a maximum of 4&nbsp;adults + children (15 years of age or younger).
As you step into this heavenly retreat, you will be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you could need. With a Publix grocery store located 1/2 block away, cooking on vacation has never been easier. Don’t be worried about returning home with dirty laundry as there is a washer/dryer available.
Located off the kitchen, the interior Jr bedroom offers a cozy private space perfect for a child or a guest that wants a quiet escape. This room features a comfortable twin bed and no windows, making it an ideal spot for guests who prefer to sleep till noon. Permanent Vacation! condo is just like the pictures. Clean, comfortable, great views over the bay, love the neighborhood, the building staff were fantastic and the hosts at Bluewater were helpful and very responsive. We had a great stay and will come back.
