Very clean and great location!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay here. The condo had plenty of space and everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrellas. The location was perfect - away from the crowd/noise of the restaurants, shops and pier yet easily within walking distance. The beach view was amazing and access was easy. Check in and check out were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our recent trip to Clearwater and the Villas were awesome! The condo was wonderful and the view was amazing. The beach was so convenient and the condo had everything we needed including chairs and umbrellas that were very nice.

Great condo and location

This condo had everything we needed for the beach! Chairs, Umbrellas, Sand Toys, Towels, Coolers, ice packs, etc. It’s on a little quieter part of the beach away from the larger hotels/condos and closer to the homes on the island. This made the beach a little less crowded during the week and the other families in the units were so friendly and kind! We had easy walks to dinner/lunch and the condo had everything we needed to make lunch/dinner in the condo as well. Clean and the management was so helpful when our refrigerator needed a little extra time cooling down after being cleaned. It was 11pm at night at they brought ice and helped solve the problem! So kind! The pool area was great with updated bathrooms and cleaned every morning! Wonderful stay with some afternoon showers in early June, which made for perfect naps. :)
