The Villas A-16 - Premium 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanfront Condo

This condo was perfect for my family. All the updates along with everything you could need for the beach. The balcony had panoramic views with breathtaking sunsets. Checkin was simple and easy. Location was great for walking to restaurants, shopping, the pier and the harbor. We definitely didn’t want to leave. If I could give more stars I definitely would! We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely Perfect

Condo was very clean and in excellent condition. Check in was very easy and B&W were extremely nice to deal with. It has a large balcony and the views were amazing. Great sunsets also.There was plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Cant wait to go back next year.

Absolutely loved the place

We just returned from an amazing week at this beautifully renovated condo on Clearwater Beach! (Villas A-16). The decor is elegant, fresh & modern. We had everything we needed! Beach chairs, towels, cooler & sand toys for our Grandchildren. The spacious private balcony with its spectacular & peaceful views can't be matched! The pool was a nice retreat as well. We appreciated the large restrooms by the pool area. They were spotless & convenient for our young Grandchildren. Close to restaurants & shopping. Palm Pavilion, Frenchy's & Clear Sky Cafe were a few of our favorite restaurants. Short walk to Pier 60 - has inflatables & fun activities for kids. The covered parking to keep our vehicle cooler was an added bonus. We truly didn't want to leave & are already planning our return. Anna was the best with helping to accommodate any additional needs we had. Highly recommend!

Perfect Gataway!

The unit appears to me to be newly renovated. If not, then they've done an absolutely excellent job maintaining it. We felt like we were in a new construction house and didn't want to mess anything up, trying to keep everything perfect during our stay... It was that nice. The unit is cleaned very thoroughly between rentals. I learned how quickly handprints show on a stainless steel refrigerator. I was constantly cleaning it off. There were zero when we arrived. On our last day I noticed that there was a lot of salt on the windows from just a week of being at the beach front properly... yet the windows were spotless when we arrived. It's a testament to how well they clean between rentals. The cleanliness of the unit really made our vacation experience over the top. This was our 2nd year in a row visiting Clearwater. I think we'll take a break but if we return we'll make sure to stay in this unit or a similar one under the same management.

Great Location and Great Unit

We have stayed in this unit a few times and always enjoyed it. All the updates are great. The new furniture looks great and is very comfortable. The condo is always clean. Anna is so helpful and always a pleasure to work with!
