Great spot.

This was our 5th trip to Clearwater Beach and by far our best stay yet! The condo has everything you need for a great relaxing beach experience. My wife loved it and we would not hesitate to recommend. Tom and Anna are great hosts and just a phone call away if you do need anything.

Surfside 303 was spotless upon our arrival. It has everything needed for a vacation at the beach. The furnishings, kitchen items, linens, and beach necessities were the best we have ever experienced in a beachfront rental. We would highly recommend this unit and this management company. The elevator acted up a few times, but it was always fixed in a very short time.

We’ve been going to Florida for 35 years. Stayed in many different condos. This is by far the nicest we’ve stayed in. The unit was beautiful, all new nice furniture, appliances, carpet, etc…
The unit was stocked with anything you would need to enjoy the beach. If you have kids or not. We will definitely rent this condo again when we return to Clearwater. The management and staff are always friendly and helpful as well.

The view from the rooms are magnificent.
Tom and Anna are wonderful and always very responsiveness' to any issue you may have. We have stayed there numerous times and will continue to do so because of the location and the care in which Tom and Anna put into keeping everyone happy.
