Sunset Room at Inn at Buckhorn Cove – Mendocino Ocean View &

LOVE LOVE LOVE this property!  Quaint, clean and awesome location. The location gave us easy access to state parks, downtown Mendocino, Albion, beaches, dining, wine tasting, and the Redwoods. The views from  the deck at sunset are amazing --- The decor is simple and  comfortable. The bed  was delicious - with high end linens. We had a foggy day and snuggling by the fire was perfect. The kitchen is  well stocked we had a;; we needed. The Innkeeper Amy took care of his - she is a great communicator!  Check in was easy keyless   and automated.  We can't wait to return to this little spot!

Sunset Suite

Our stay at Buckhorn Cove was quite lovely. We took the Sunset room for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The rooms there face the ocean and at night we could hear the sound of the waves caressing the shore through the open slider. There's a deck and common lawn space which has a very homey feel. The fireplace kept us cozy and we will be returning this June.
