THE SPACE&nbsp;The bungalow is made from natural materials. Solar passive in design, cool in summer and warm in winter. Built from rammed earth, timber and stone. It has a modern rustic style. The bungalow is one bedroom but very spacious and has large north facing windows.
The bedroom has a King Size bed.
The separate bathroom has a stone bath, separate shower and floor to ceiling tiles. It has a fully self- contained kitchen including dishwasher, gas hot plates and an oven. 
The living area has leather sofas and sold timber furniture plus a cosy wood fire for the cooler months. 
The large undercover verandah has an outdoor sofa, table and chairs, weber bbq and overlooks a beautiful native garden. 
The parking is undercover. A laundry is provided. Enjoy the 1.7km walking track around farm. Mountain bike and walking tracks can be accessed directly from the farm, adjoining Woodjitup National Park. 
GUEST ACCESS&nbsp;Guests can explore the farm via the 1.7km walking track. See vegetable gardens, vineyards, orchards, farm animals (cows, pigs, sheep, chickens and geese),the large worm farm and Permaculture systems.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE&nbsp;Young babies under 1 year are welcome. This bungalow is not suitable for older children. Please choose a two bedroom Bungalow instead. Sorry NO PETS allowed. Local Shire fire ban restrictions apply in the warmer months ie wood fires in the pot belly are only allowed in the cool winter months.

does apply. A 50% deposit is payable on booking. The balance is due 14

Luxury Rammed Earth Bungalow - Stone Bath - King Size Bed

Lara and Jamie went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. 

Absolutely beautiful location, nestled amongst the trees and paddocks of the farm. Quiet, yet close to town and nearby wineries/breweries/beaches, perfect spot to relax and unwind with a glass of their wine and watch the birds and animals from your bungalow.Our bungalow was well equipped, everything you need available in the kitchen to cook meals - including salt/pepper/olive oil. The fireplace makes for a cosy place to stay in the cool evenings, listening to the sound of the rain on the tin roof. Perfection.Thoroughly enjoyed our time, would recommend for couples looking for a great getaway with the ability to be self-sufficient and cook their own meals.

Absoutely Beautiful Stay

An
 absolutely wonderful stay! Peaceful location less than 10 minutes 
drive away from Margaret River, surrounded by nature and some wonderful 
farm animals. We saw kangaroos every morning in the neighbouring fields
 which was very special for us. The bungalow was very comfortable with a
 well-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. Jamie and Lara are 
wonderful hosts and we will definitely stay here again.

 beautiful location, ideal as a launchpad to discover the a region and a
 short distance from Margaret River. The bungalow itself was phenomenal.
 Very homely and a perfect place to cook up some local produce and 
goodies from the garden and have a glass by the fire. I would highly 
recommend.

Beautiful location and bungalow

Staying
 in Cabin 4 at Burnside Organic Farm for five nights was pure bliss. 
Loved the serenity and the expansive layout of the cabin. Weather 
permitted use of the log fire which was perfect. Lara and family are so 
friendly, also Hunter the collie dog. Do try the wine tasting. Lara 
shared not only her beautiful wines but knowledge of the wine industry, 
highly recommended. Exceptional stay.

What a beautiful farm and lovely hosts in Jamie and Lara. We enjoyed relaxing every day and driving a short distance to visit Margaret River town and swim in the awesome ocean beaches that are nearby. Highly recommend.
