🏖 If you’re looking for an uncrowded beach, this is your spot. ➡ Yes, the beach is located in a private community, and even in August, it’s easy to find a spot right at the water’s edge. No stress.

🏝 Views of the sea and mountains from the terrace. ➡ The Costa Brava is unique, and you can admire its beauty from two terraces. Yes, two terraces! One off the living room and another accessible from both bedrooms. A luxurious duplex penthouse.

🚶‍♂️If you want your apartment close to the beach, this is your spot. ➡️ You can reach the beach via the stairs in about five minutes. But if you don’t want to walk or need to bring all your stuff to the beach, there’s free parking next to the beach and a small free shuttle bus in summer. No worries...

✅ INCLUDED IN THE PRICE ✅

🙋🏻‍♂️ Welcome package 🙋🏻‍♀️. Depending on your stay, the package will include... mmm, we don’t want to spoil the surprise, but we hope you’ll like it.
🛌 Sheets and towels. We also hate apartments that charge for these.
🧻 Basics. We know how important it is to have that toilet paper or kitchen essentials with you.

🅿️ Free parking throughout the private development. During summer, it may be tricky to park directly in front of the apartment, but at worst, you’ll park 200 meters away.
🃏 We love family time, which is why we provide some board games, cards, and more... We recommend you bring your favorite games to make the most of your free time.
📚 If you love reading, here you can enjoy the feeling of reading under the shade of a tree, at the beach while the waves wash over your feet, or lying on the sofa while sipping a cup of tea or coffee.
🖥📡 The flat-screen TV allows you to watch the main national channels.
🧑‍🍳 Isn’t it true that when we’re on vacation, we become real chefs and try new or old recipes? The kitchen is well-equipped.
☕️🍵 Tea or coffee? There’s an electric kettle, a Nespresso machine, and a traditional coffee maker. What else?
🙋🏻‍♂️I will try to be there in person. If that’s not possible, you will be in good hands, and you can always count on me and contact me whenever you need. ℹ️ The duplex is located on the third floor with no elevator. The few flights of stairs are well worth it thanks to the spectacular views from the terrace.
🤩 This apartment is very special to me because it belongs to Gemma and Nigel, a lovely retired couple who cherish the tranquility of Cala Salionç. Traveling is about creating beautiful memories with the ones you love. I hope you find incredible moments here…
