Serena&nbsp;sul Mare is a delightful detached house located on Calabria's beautiful Tyrrhenian coast in Capo Vaticano, in the picturesque bay of Santa Maria, just a few kilometers from magical Tropea. This beachfront vacation home can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people, making it ideal for families and groups of friends.
Built in the 1970s and recently renovated with Vietri ceramics and terracotta, Serena Sul Mare offers privacy and comfort in a simple yet welcoming setting. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a bright living room with a fireplace and a sofa that converts to an extra single bed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and dishwasher and is perfect for preparing delicious meals together. The sleeping area features two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers, one of which is en suite. Additionally, one of the bedrooms has an adjoining space with a single bed, ideal for a child. The true gem of Serena Sul Mare is its spacious 250 m² porch, furnished to offer wonderful moments of relaxation and a breathtaking sea view. A convenient private parking area completes the package, making the house even more accessible.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living room.
This oasis is perfect for families with children, with the beach below easily accessible via a private road just steps away. During low and mid-season, this property enjoys excellent tranquility, while in high season, especially in August, the presence of nearby holiday resorts with entertainment may cause some noise (always within the hours permitted by law).

L'hôte a été réactif et disponible pour répondre à nos demandes ; la vue de la terrasse est à couper le souffle et c'est calme.
La possibilité de sortir à pied et de profiter de quelques bars et restaurants aux alentours.
Literie très confortable.

La casa è accogliente con vista splendida sul mare. Accesso al mare tramite scala molto comodo. 
Malgrado il caldo nel periodo del ns soggiorno, la casa è rimasta fresca con impianto aria condizionata ben funzionante ( con molte regolazioni).
Corrado e Rosanna di Calaber sono stati sempre pronti alle richieste che abbiamo fatto e sempre molto gentili. Vacanza famiglia numerosa top! Abbiamo passato dei bellissimi giorni esplorando anche le spiagge intorno con un mare meraviglioso.

Siamo stati molto bene in questa abitazione. Sicuramente il punto forte è la grande e comoda terrazza attrezzata dalla quale si gode una vista mare davvero meravigliosa. La casa è semplice ma molto comoda, ha tutto quello che serve, aria condizionata, wi-fi, lavastoviglie, microonde, macchinetta del caffè elettrica, BBQ,  ecc. Il mare si raggiunge a piedi e questo è sicuramente un grande plus, non dover uscire in macchina per andare a mare ci è piaciuto molto.
Il personale di Calaber è stato sempre molto gentile ed efficente.

Terrazza comoda con vista stupenda. Grande e comodo appartamento, anche se un pò datato. Il signor Corrado è stato eccezionale, non solo particolarmente gentile e premuroso, ma sempre disponibile e pronto a rispondere ad eventuali necessità.
