5 Bedroom, luxury private villa with pool & 360' ocean views

For starters, this place is beautiful from top to bottom. I was skeptical at first because of how high up in the hills it seems to be but that surely changed after getting there and seeing how detailed and thoughtful the entire set up of this villa is. It felt like a better home than even my own, from the hospitality by the owner to the cool breeze from each balcony. I don’t think there will be another place I’d want to find myself staying when I’m in St Lucia. Kudos to David on creating such a homey place for people to experience and double thanks to him for being such a pleasant and welcoming host. Will definitely revisit.

Best vacation I’ve had in the Caribbean thus far.

Our 3-week stay at The Pavilion was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, our group felt completely at ease thanks to the truly superb service provided throughout our stay.

The balcony views were absolutely breathtaking — the kind you never get tired of waking up to. The location was also perfect, with Rodney Bay just a short drive away, making it part of our daily routine to head out and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

A special mention goes to David, who was outstanding. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely welcomed from start to finish.

As frequent visitors to St. Lucia, we can confidently say this has been our best Airbnb experience on the island so far — and that says a lot. We’ve already decided we’ll be back next year at the same time… only this time with an even bigger group! 😎

Highly recommended — The Pavilion truly delivers an unforgettable stay.

A Must visit

Cap Pavilion was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures don’t do it justice! The home is spectacular and very well kept! If you’re looking for a peaceful, serene home with wonderful views of the island, this is your place! David was an amazing host and made sure we had everything (and more) that we needed! He was prompt with responses and communication!

Cap Pavilion is a must-see/stay

The house is on the top of a hill with 270 degree views of the ocean and the island. The views are breath taking and it just wasn't possible to capture in photos how amazing the views are. It feels like you are all alone and secluded, due to the landscaping. There are 4 large and very comfortable double bedrooms with en suite and a well equipped kitchen.

The pool was great to jump into as soon as we came back from being out or just have a day lazing by the pool between exploring the island.

David recommended several places to go and visit and we enjoyed the waterfall, zip line, the volcano and jet skiing and obstacle course at Reduit beach.

Stunning location

Amazing stay! We cannot thank David enough for being the best host during our 2 week stay. The villa is out of this world. The views and catering for everything we needed. We will be coming back because it was the best experience. Thank you
