From our very first conversation with Antony and Cara, we knew we had found somewhere rather special — but the villa surpassed even our expectations.

It is absolutely beautiful. Immaculately presented, exceptionally well maintained and incredibly comfortable, with so much thought clearly having gone into making guests feel at home. There is a wonderful attention to detail throughout, and everything feels considered without ever being fussy.

The outside space is just gorgeous. The spa plunge pool is a wonderful touch and perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the sunshine, while the beautifully kept gardens, BBQ area and comfortable seating provide the ideal setting for long, lazy days outdoors. It really does feel like your own private little oasis.And we loved Bella and were more than happy to feed her ,such a delight !

Inside, everything is modern, stylish and of an extremely high standard, with all the comforts you could possibly need. The welcome hamper was incredibly generous and such a lovely touch — we arrived to so much provided that it immediately made us feel welcome and meant there was very little we needed to worry about.

What really sets this villa apart, though, is the care behind it. Antony and Cara are exceptional hosts. They were friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful from beginning to end, with fantastic local knowledge and so many recommendations that helped us make the most of our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble and anything that needed attention was dealt with promptly.

This is one of those rare places where the photographs simply don’t do it justice. The villa, the surroundings and the care from the owners all combine to make it somewhere you genuinely don’t want to leave.

We have absolutely loved our stay and would return without hesitation. A truly exceptional villa, wonderful hosts and a holiday we will remember for all the right reasons. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

From our very first contact with Antony and Cara, we knew our villa experience would be amazing. The villa itself is outstanding. Spotlessly clean, every single thing you may need as part of our stay was available. The welcome hamper contained so much stuff that we didn't need to buy too much else. The pool, grounds, BBQ area, and outdoor seating were perfect to soak up the sun.
All electrical appliances are modern and any issues, no matter how small, are promptly taken care of. Both Antony and Cara provided loads of useful tourist information, resources, and recommendations to ensure we got the best from our holiday. 
You will not regret booking this villa..... amazing!

Tranquil and peaceful villa

After our flight and transfer, arriving at the villa in the evening, the immediate view of the villa was amazing. With the villa, driveway, pool and olive trees all lit up, we were immediately stunned by the beauty. Our fantastic welcome basket was thoughtful and really appreciated. We loved our time exploring Roda and beyond, the beauty of the area, and the quality restaurants were fantastic. Our only regret was having to leave. Thank you for an amazing villa, helping us with connecting to local car hire and excursion and for giving us the most wonderful experience. Next time we must stay longer!

Wish it was for longer

We loved Roda. Great beach, some truly fantastic Taverna’s, bars, just a really nice relaxed vibe. The villa was fantastic, the whole place was just so relaxing, exactly what we needed. The hosts were really accommodating and knowledgeable which helped us a lot.

Staying at the villa felt like a home away from home. The warmth and comfort it offered were exceptional. We are grateful for the wonderful memories created here and look forward to our next stay.
