Perhaps the best feature of this property is the private rooftop terrace with magnificent views of the city. Guests can relax on the exterior sofa under the cover of the pergola or even enjoy al fresco dining. There is even a garden bar, perfect for hosting get togethers with family and friends

The car park space is provided free of charge and is located in the underground communal car park which form part of the gated community.
 
 ** Not suitable for people with reduced mobility** - Apartment is located on 1st floor of apartment block and is distributed over 3 floors, there is no lift. You will have to climb up 15 steps to get to the entrance on the 1st floor 
**No Check Ins after 22.00 (Sun to Thu)** Check in window is normally between 16.00 and 20.00, should there be any delays during your inward journey, the latest we can wait is until 22.00, please bear this in mind.

Setta’s apartment was a wonderful choice for us to explore Jerez and the surrounding towns. The apartment had everything we needed. The most impressive feature was the beautiful terrace, which offers a stunning view. We enjoyed watching magnificent sunrises from there. The check-in process was smooth; we were warmly welcomed by very kind people who explained the apartment and the house rules. Communication with Setta was excellent—I highly recommend it to everyone.

Wij hebben 2 nachten verbleven in casasetta, was erg goed, goede communicatie, gastvrij onthaal, goede ligging , dia om de hoek. Het appartement was erg goed, bedden prima, alles netjes en schoon! Kortom prima verblijf in Jerez de la Frontera!

Setta

Spent 6 peaceful weeks in Setta’s apartment which is better than the photos. Communication from Setta was excellent and Miriam was waiting for us at the prearranged time. Although she only speaks Spanish, my limited Spanish meant we were able to communicate and understand what she was saying as she showed us round. We felt really at home in this gated community which is quiet and the public areas are kept immaculately clean. The parking was useful, and for the weeks we didn’t have a car, Jerez centre is a 10 minute walk. Plenty of bed linen, towels, toiletries and cleaning products were provided for our extended stay ,and the apartment is clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the roof terrace where we had a few relaxing afternoons in the sun tasting the different sherries! It’s well situated for bars and restaurants: Rincon Granaino, Mareal, Dealonso and Fundador were our favourites; while supermarket Dia is just round the corner and Mercadona is a 10 minute walk.
