The accommodations include enough for about 25 people with; 13 Queen/King Size Beds, 1 Sofa Sleeper Bed, 5 Rollaway Beds (Optional), 7 1/2 bathrooms (3 Showers), including aromatherapy shower heads. The home is furnished for guests to feel comfortable and experience a home away from home, while still being so close to all the Las Vegas casinos and a short commute to Fremont Street Experience & Old Downtown Vegas. The property is great for all seasons. There's a BBQ set up and multiple outdoor areas for sitting and enjoying the beautiful sunny weather. There's a beautiful pool that starts 3.5 ft deep to 7 ft deep complete with a waterfall and grotto-style area behind the waterfall.
Sleeps  20 to 25 people The property also has; a Pool Table, Golf Putting and Chipping Green, Arcade-Style Basketball game, Sand Volleyball, Steam Room, Air Hockey Table, Blackjack Table, Poker Table, Sauna, Enclosed Jacuzzi, Pickle ball Court, Children’s Sandbox area and so much more. The Palms Estate

My company wanted to stay at a home this time during the conexpo. Had a great time here to relax after many meetings every day at the convention. Would like to try another home next year with William.

Nice property

My friends and I had a great summer here. Hung out at the pool mostly and played volleyball. It was ridiculously hot in Vegas during this time but home had great AC an tons of shade outside as well. We'll be back in the future hopefully! 

Great Summer Home

Family had a lovely stay. Kids had a blast in the outdoor area. Plenty of activities inside and out for the kids. Plenty of space for 19 of us. Would like to come back in the future!

Great trip with my friends at the Palms/Paradise Estate during Halloween. Group of 23 and the property fit all of us. Owner was nice and showed us around when we checked in. 

Overall a comfortable stay.

Vegas during Halloween

The Palms Estate was a nice property to stay. I have a handful of clients in Vegas and wanted a property for my family and I for the weekend. My family had a great time and enjoyed using the outdoor sauna. When I came back from meetings the pool table was upstairs was fun for guys.
