The best is the fantastic pool (NOT HEATED), with barbecue, solarium and unobstructed views, surrounded by an environment of nature and tranquility. 
In the town of Costitx you will find two supermarkets, a restaurant, two bars, a bakery, a small stationery with typical local products, a health center, the well-known Costitx Observatory, of renowned prestige, you cannot miss it. Very close, you will find typical well-known towns such as Sineu, a medieval town where on Wednesdays you will see one of the best markets on the island, Inca famous for selling shoes and leather, Binissalem surrounded by the best wineries on the island. And if you like cycling, surrounded by the best cycling routes on the island.
Cats are very likely to be in the vicinity of the house, please do not feed them or let them into the house.

Nous avons passé 8 jours formidables dans cette maison magnifique, idéalement située pour découvrir la région. Le quartier est très calme, parfait pour se reposer après une journée de visites. Le logement est impeccable et très bien équipé. L’emplacement permet de rayonner facilement vers les principaux sites touristiques. Les hôtes se sont montrés particulièrement professionnels, veillant à ce que le séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir.

Elegimos el alojamiento porque era relativamente céntrico en Mallorca. No esperes acceder sin coche de alquiler. Pero, con un coche, es una casa muy bonita en un entorno muy bonito. Nos recibieron muy bien. ¡Recomendamos encarecidamente este airbnb!

Sus Die 2 äusserst erholsamen Ferienwochen werden unserer Gruppe in bester Erinnerung bleiben. Das Haus ist in der Inselmitte so ideal gelegen, dass man ganz Mallorca leicht erreichen kann. Alles ist gut eingerichtet, der Garten wunderschön. Dank sonnigem Wetter und 2 Terrassen konnten wir jeden Tag draussen essen, vom Dach aus mit Aussicht auf die Tramuntana-Berge. Das Schwimmbad haben wir täglich genossen bis zum 4. Okt. Xisco hat uns bei der Ankunft abends um 22 Uhr noch im Dorf Costitx abgeholt, vielen Dank! Edi Can Barrera est un magnifique domaine exotique. La maison spacieuse et les environs calmes nous ont permis de trouver la sérénité, les quelques chats y ont contribué. Nous avons eu plus de contact avec la sympathique population que lors d'autres séjours, surtout dans de bons restaurants et des magasins avec un choix varié. On a visité le marché de Sineu, les grottes de Campanet et le centre géographique de l'île dans une forêt. Bref, des vacances différentes; à refaire!
