The property is located in a peaceful zone, only 5 minutes by car (or 25 minutes walking) from Bellano village where you can find a supermarket as well as some nice local shops such as a butchery, a bakery, a pastry shop... Positioned on the east shore of Lake Como, it offers stunning sunsets!
There is a direct train connection (1h 10min) between Milan Centrale train station and Bellano. There are also three airports in the vicinity of the house. Milan Bergamo and Linate which are about 1h away by car and Milan Malpensa 1h30 away.

The Villa
This home spreads over 260m2 and is fully refurbished to the highest standard. It is well suited for up to 8 people, fully equipped and spacious. 
Entrance level (1st floor of the house) comprised of: - a spacious high ceiling dining room/living room with a balcony offering stunning Como lake view (equipped with a breakfast table and an outside lounge for your full enjoyment) - modern fully equipped kitchen (fully equipped including a water purifier, Nutribullet, juicer and a Nespresso coffee machine) - bathroom with a shower and a toilet - bedroom with a bunk bed
Second level (2nd floor) consists of: - a master bedroom with a Como lake view, king size bed, walk-in dressing room, ensuite bathroom (with a shower, a bath and a toilet) - two double bedrooms with king size beds (one with a Como lake view and another one with a garden view) - bathroom with a shower and a toilet
Infinity pool level (ground floor): - heated outdoor infinity pool with a swim-in-place system - independent office space with a Como lake view - summer kitchen - outside dining space with a remote controlled convertible pergola offering a comfortable shade - toilet - poolside shower - sunbeds - gas barbecue - outside equipped gym

Additional information
On top of the 3 levels described above, there is a top floor (4th of the house) which is an independent unit with a separate entrance at the garage and gate level. This floor is not part of the rental we offer you and there is a single person who lives there all year round and has no access to the rest of the property. You might thus encounter her on the property access level but you will enjoy a full privacy on the rest of the property you rent including garden and pool.
The house is located about 150m above the lake level, far enough from the main road. It is in the countryside and the property is large enough to have no close neighbours around. The place is absolutely calm and you will enjoy a perfect rest there hearing only the water flowing from the small water stream at the end of the garden and birds singing.
The beautiful village of Varenna is only a 10 minute car drive from the property. Botanical gardens of Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi in Varenna are popular tourist destinations. The beautiful villas Balbianello and Carlotta can also be reached by local ferries from Bellano center or by private boat services. 
Many state of art restaurants are in the vicinity of the property. We are happy to share the list with you upon your booking. 
There are numerous hiking and walking trails in the area including a hike connecting all the villages of the Como lake east shore which is accessible from the property's doorstep. Adrenaline-fuelled Jungle Raider Park is a 45 minute car ride away. Private motor boat renting is available in Bellano. The price includes a weekly professional cleaning of the house, linen and towels (including swimming pool towels) and an in person welcome assistance on arrival.

We highly recommend this beautiful house. Amazing views you never get used to. Beautiful and very well-equipped house. The house is very private and you can walk back and forth to the small town of Bellano, but the trip back to the house is hard, so a car is also a necessity. Super nice pool. Host Laurent responded quickly as well as proactively both before and during stays.

This is a beautiful villa in a quiet area 5 minutes drive from village. It appears to be renovated only recently with high quality new fixtures and fittings throughout. Our hosts were very helpful giving a full run through when we arrived. Finally and best of all the views from the house and pool are amazing.
