Heritage Deluxe Suite | Queen Bed within Shared Cottage

Very comfortable. Well done camping theme. Furnishings and decorations/artwork tasteful and eclectic. Courtney could not have been nicer or more helpful. Close to everything. An excellent value. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The suite was wonderful

Our second time spending Christmas night in the peace and serenity of Content after a busy day of celebration.
At this point it would be easy to take the incredibly comfortable bed and the gorgeous shower for granted. But we don’t. Instead we congratulate ourselves on once again choosing the perfect ending to an eventful day.
Thank you Courtney and John for providing our home away from home.
See you again soon!

Perfect Holiday

After searching for a place to stay by the Jersey Shore I came across this wonderful place from a recommendation on Facebook. Let me just say it exceeded my expectations! My friend & I stayed in the Queen Deluxe Suite #1 & it was the cutest place ever! Love everything about it from the old hardwood floors to the quaint decor/furnishings to the large bathroom. There is a common room which we used to play dominoes & an adorable outside courtyard too. It was my first time to stay here but if I go back I will for sure stay here again, Courtney & John were great hosts. Thanks again, Melanie & Debbie

Fabulous place to stay!

Just completed another fabulous stay at the Content + Co. house! The space is immaculate in terms of cleanliness and design. You'll find anything you need on hand for a comfortable stay. Courtney and John are proactive, kind hosts and people...it was a treat to have a few minutes to chat with them this time around. Can't wait to come back!

Third time's a charm!

We were really pleasantly surprised with how great this place was. The suite we stayed in felt like a spacious one bedroom apartment. We loved the books that were around and also the decor. Really clean, cozy and inviting. The structure of the whole place is really cool also, with a central courtyard and common areas.
We were there in winter for a wedding nearby, but it's a 5 minute drive to the beach, and the room even came equipped with a cooler and beach towels. And the shower and bathroom is awesome!

Overall, would definitely recommend. It's a little gem that you would easily pass by without noticing from the outside.
