Unit #40 is a second floor, direct ocean front condo offering stunning views from inside as well as from the private back balcony. This studio condo has a tropical interior featuring 2 comfy queen beds to accommodate 4 people. Bathroom has full size bath tub and sunny bright yellow tile. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival. 
 Classic kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal (stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc).
This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars. This condo is located on the second floor. There is no elevator at this property and guests with mobility disabilities cannot access this second floor condo.

This place was just what we were looking for! Super clean, amazing views, beachfront, quick responses, very friendly and comfortable! The bike rental was an excellent addition to our stay. We biked to dinner and the store daily, as well as just casual biking:) great neighborhood! Manager was a great, highly recommended, and would love to come back!


Highly Recommend

We had a great stay. The views are fabulous. The sunsets are amazing and the perfect place in the park right next door. The tips for eating was great, we tried 2/3 and extremely happy with them both.
