Unit #24 is a ground floor condo only 6 doors down from the property's&nbsp;private beach.&nbsp;&nbsp;This unit&nbsp;is located on ground floor and it is just steps from the heated pool.&nbsp;
This condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Unit features two queen size beds. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower and ample storage; however, there is no bathtub in the unit. Fresh bath towels, beach towels, and crisp, clean linens are provided upon arrival. We take great pride in maintaining our units to the highest standards of cleanliness to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and spotless stay.
The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances along with cookware, dish ware, cutlery, and glassware-ideal for preparing meals during your stay. Guests can also take advantage of the beachfront BBQ grills for outdoor dining with beautiful ocean views.
For added comfort and entertainment, a SmartTV is available. Complimentary WiFi and free on-site parking are included. Parking for boats or trailers is not permitted, and there is no dock available at the Continental.
A shared laundry facility is located in the common area on the side of the building and includes two washers and two dryers. In-unit laundry is not available.
This condo is not ADA compliant and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. The route from the common areas does not accommodate mobility devices. The bathroom has not been modified for accessibility, the doorway may not allow full wheelchair access, and grab bars are not installed.

24 - Keys to the Beach

Our stay was amazing thanks for the hospitality. Manager provided a long list of activities, restaurants, and beaches we could visit in the area. The stay was super relaxing and the view from the condo looking to the water was so beautiful.

Amazing Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was right on the beach. It had a swimming pool also. It was cold a couple days while we were there so almost wished for a hot tub,but I knew the amenities before booking . Perfect little spot ! Quiet neighborhood. Try the pizza and ice cream place down the street and grab their coupon for a free ice cream for another day. Back to this place - super clean, cute decor, everything you need. If you bring kayaks make sure you are physically capable of carrying them (50 yards?) to the kayak rack. Loved that we were allowed to use those. Dont forget to look up at the stars at night! We had a great time and loved the place

Perfect Little Spot

Great place! My second time staying at this property! The outside tiki bar needs the lightbulb replaced! We needed light outside to eat our stone crabs and had to bring out a lamp! Otherwise the location and room was perfect! We will definitely be coming back!
