Cowtown Casa: A Place to Hang Your Hat

We had a corporate, fundraising event at Cowtown Casa and I cannot begin to describe how wonderful it was. The property itself is amazing! They have covered every possible detail you can think of. We had about 100 guests at this event and could have easily had more. There was plenty of parking and plenty of room on their outdoor patio and bar for our guests. We also had a band perform and a photo booth, it was the perfect setup. I received a ton of compliments from my clients on this venue, who would love to book for future events or to stay there with their family. Cowtown Casa was glad to support our fundraising efforts and went the extra mile to help us make sure everything was perfect. I could not imagine having this event at any other place. Corporate Fundraising Event

Our family rented this amazing home for a large family gathering to celebrate Christmas. We had several family members traveling from out of town and long distances across Texas and this home was perfect for our 18-person family. The hosts were extremely accommodating and worked with us on numerous specific items that really improved our experience. Dave and Lorrie were both easy to work with and we really enjoyed our 3-night stay at the property.

Family Christmas Gathering

I’m a basketball coach who travels year round and have stayed in a lot of Air Bnbs across the state. This is certainly at the top of my list of best air Bnb experiences. Dave was amazing and the home leaves you speechless! I had a group of 14 players and there was so much stuff provided. We went out and buy stuff and got back to discover everything we needed was there already. Seriously EVERYTHING you need is there and it’s so well organized. There’s plenty of beds and the things needed for beds. I had my babies they had 2 pack and plays and we had plenty to make sure everyone was comfortable. There’s so many positive things to say about this home it really is an amazing choice that you shouldn’t think twice about. Thank you all again for hosting us God Bless You!!!

Basketball Team Stay for a Local Tournament

Dave and Lorrie are the best hosts I have ever had the pleasure of working with and I’ve stayed in many rentals. Our group had an amazing time at Cowtown Casa. The house is beautiful, clean, extremely well stocked, and has an outdoor space to be envied. Dave met us at the location to show us around and explain everything. We felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. It was a dream and exceeded our expectations. It is truly a gem.

Outdoor space to be ENVIED!

We stayed at Cowtown Casa as an extended family group (19 total) in town for a wedding with events in Fort Worth and Weatherford. The hosts were very helpful in understanding the layout of the buildings for organizing bedroom assignments and group meal planning outside the wedding events. The indoor and outdoor spaces were great for socializing in different configurations and through changing fall weather that was cooler than normal for this time of year. With the hosts' approval we hosted post-wedding meals for even more extended family, which was easily done with all the outdoor seating areas and fun things to do, from the pool and hot tub to the basketball hoop, game room, and the wide screen TV for watching a Texas A&M game. Beyond walking in the neighborhood, there weren't obvious activities close by, but the house itself provided plenty of options during our three-night stay and there were good places for food shopping and simple event catering (Central Market) nearby.
