Property is awesome, the views are beautiful, the amenities are great! The kitchen is stocked with the essentials. Walt was very attentive and knowledgeable. Very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend, and we will be back!

Great find!!

We have been visiting the keys for more than 30 years now. We’ve stayed in everything from standard hotel rooms to high-end resorts and several campgrounds up and down the chain of islands. This is by far one of the best accommodations of them all. Cozy Coves Cottage is clean, quiet and relaxing. We could not ask for more, except a boat ramp, which is right out the front door. Shore power, water and a bait freezer are footsteps away from your boat slip. Property manager Walt Shepard maintains the place as if it was his own. He can answer just about any question you may have about the surrounding area and truly wants to make sure you have a pleasant stay.

Excellent Find

We loved everything about our stay at Cozy Cottage! The cottage space was small but cozy and perfect for me, my husband and our little Bichon Winkley! The bed was deliciously comfortable and my husband felt right at home in the "lazyboy" chair. We spent a lot of time in front of the water in our own private patio and every night watched sunset from the end of our private pier that stretched way out into the water. We even had several spectacular full moon risings over the water right in front of us! And every morning we watched the sun rise over the water in front of us!
Walt the manager was incredibly helpful and took care of any problems immediately. He was terrific  and did everything to make our vacation great!
My husband swam in the basin and channel every day and saw lots of fish and sea life. I enjoyed kayaking all along the channel mangroves and into the canals. There was abundant birdlife everywhere!
We ate many meals at Kiki's right down the road - loved being able to walk there and bring our pup. We stayed here last year, returned this year for much longer and plan to return again next year! We highly recommend everything about CozyCoves!

We stayed in Cozy Coves which is a small house that is right on the water. It was great to be right on the water. We saw in the water fish, a shark (neighbor was throwing in chum to attract fish), jelly fish, sting ray, and horseshoe crab. The pelicans, cormorants and seagulls liked to stay nearby on the posts near the dock. I watched sun rise from the dock, and we had a great time. Check the boat well area for interesting animals, as well as in the shade of the dock. We went to Marathon and Key West, and it was a little over half an hour to each. We found fun things to do each day for a week. The house was perfect for my family of four. There are 3 beds and a futon, 2 tvs, and a full kitchen. There is a grill and covered seating area outside.  Walt, the property manager was terrific.

Upon our arrival we found the home to be cleaned and well stocked.On line check in was very easy.We had an issue with Roku T.V.in the bedroom and the property manager Walt came over at 9:00p.m.on a Sunday to fix it.Very impressive.The water view is magnificent. Saw a nurse shark swimming next to the dock and iguanas walking on the bulkhead.This place truly has it all.Wouldn't hesitate to come back.
