Rock House Retreat

What an AWESOME getaway location!! My wife and I (and 6 kids) spent the weekend at the Rock House just to get a break as a family before my work season starts up in April... we couldn't have had a more enjoyable time!! The House is Amazing!!... Everything well thought out, so much space, beautifully decorated, and family-oriented... the views of the lake and the woods from the house practically calling you outside!! The Property is Spectacular!!... Spent more time outdoors than in... Fishing the lake and ponds (caught fish in all of them), hiking the trails, climbing the hills, geocaching, boating/canoing, ping ping, yard games, and campfires... we especially enjoyed the majestic view from the hilltop and the coziness of the sun setting over the lake!! So many things to enjoy together as a family... and all of it on site!! We're looking forward to coming back in the Fall... and have already booked our church Men's Retreat for this summer!! Dan, Sara, and Cindy... Thank you so much for your Vision and Dedication in making this such a one-of-a-kind experience!! And for offering to share it!!

Awesome getaway location

Beautiful location. Perfect for large families. Quiet and remote. House is exactly as listed and even better than the pictures. Owners were very responsive. The house is equipped with everything you could need. We will definitely will be renting this property again. Definitely follow the recommendation of going to "Cuttin Up" for meat. The meat was fresh and delicious plus costs less than the regular grocery store.

Aperfect setting for a family get together

This house has absolutely stunning sunset views. It literally had everything one would need for a stay including filtered water. Daniel was probably the best host, he was so patient with all the questions we had and 8 would recommend this to everyone to just head for a weekend to see the sunset views go for a kayak, it had a ton of games.
