The villa houses two bedrooms, accessible via a white marble staircase, each boasting ensuite bathrooms. The second bedroom, located near the main bedroom, is equipped with large twin beds, (able to be adjusted to a double bed ) an ensuite bathroom with a bath and a separate shower, and ample storage in the form of drawers and wardrobes. 
The expansive open-plan living area is furnished with plush sofas, an armchair, and a dining space featuring an oak table with six chairs. The villa has modern conveniences, including high-speed WIFI, a flat-screen TV with over 1000 multi-language channels and Apple TV, the contemporary kitchen is fully outfitted with premium appliances and opens to a barbecue area.

A car is unnecessary due to the Villa's proximity to the beach. There is a reliable local taxi company 'Nissos Taxis' based in Latchi, which provides a service to local villages, Paphos's city centre, airport transfers plus excursions. The local dependable bus service at the street's end provides regular connections to the heart of Latchi, Polis and Aphrodite Baths. Car hire services can be arranged at Paphos Airport or Latchi and private covered parking is available at the villa.
