Cut and paste this link to view a video tour of the tiny house: https://youtu.be/LsSoaN8HlOo Matcham is a semi rural suburb nestled in-between Wamberal and Erina and off the beaten track by only a few minutes. The road is very quiet and feels like your miles away in a country side area when really you are just a few minutes from the action of Terrigal, Avoca Beach or Erina Fair. It is lovely to walk around the road and hear all the birdlife (bellbirds and whipbirds are a feature) as well as buy local produce from residences selling at the end of their driveways (oranges, fresh eggs etc). Its really quite a country paradise.
Please be aware there is a ladder that leads to the bedroom loft and the loft has a lowish ceiling.
The property's water and septic system uses a biological and aerated waste water treatment system and can only have eco-friendly products used.
We have a WIFI system installed but no TV antennae or TV screen. A bluetooth speaker is provided for your music/podcasts. If you wish to stream through the internet (Netflix, Stan, ABC iview etc) please bring along a laptop similar for your viewing device. Many guests opt to take a break from the internet but the choice is there for you.
We suggest you bring insect repellant as the tiny house is positioned in an area where there may be a variety of insects and bugs. Citronella candles and indoor and outdoor mosquito zappers are provided but the more the better!
Sorry, but for safety reasons, no kids or pets are allowed on the property or the tiny house.

Deck & Spa Tiny House Central Coast

Great tiny home just outside of terrigal! It is very private and offers your own fire pit and outdoor bath. Judy, is also super helpful providing great recommendations and tips for the area. We hope to return in the future :)

Great tiny home near Terrigal

We had such a beautiful, relaxing time here - the perfect getaway! Super quick drive to some beautiful coastal towns but felt like we were totally tucked away from the world. The outdoor spa bath & fire pit were definitely a highlight (and the cozy robes!) thanks for having us xx

beautiful relaxing stay

Perfect little getaway! Judy was so easy to deal with. The space is great, we especially loved the outdoor spa. Loved how close we were to Terrigal but still felt like we were secluded. I would highly recommend coming here for a weekend away or honeymoon (like us!)
