Some vacation rentals have a nice view. E303 has a lifestyle.
Step into this beautifully appointed third-floor condo at Port O’ Call and you’ll immediately understand why guests come back year after year. The screened-in porch — accessible from both the living room and bedroom — is the kind of place where mornings stretch into afternoons and dinner happens with the sound of waves in the background. When you’re ready to take it higher, a spiral staircase leads up to the rooftop crow’s nest, where superb, unobstructed ocean views stretch out in every direction. It’s one of the most unique perches on the Isle of Palms.
The condo is comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully stocked — everything you need for a seamless stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to fresh linens and beach gear. Port O’ Call sits within Wild Dunes, putting you steps from the beach, the oceanfront community pool, and easy access to golf, bike trails, spa, and the restaurants and shops of the Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, and historic Charleston just 30 minutes away.
Whether you’re planning a romantic escape, a solo retreat, or a getaway with friends, E303 delivers an experience that’s hard to top — literally.

Port O' Call E303 by Deserving Vacations

We had a wonderful time at Isle of Palms in this unit. We found the surrounding area quiet during our stay in early July. Most of the time there were only a few people at the pool. Perhaps the best feature is the view and beach access. Inside, it is evident the owners take care of things. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked. We brought our own coffee but the Mr Coffee machine didn’t make the strongest brew. We used the internet without issue. We loved being close to Charleston and the Mount Pleasant Towne Center for a great selection of shops and restaurants. Overall everything met or exceeded our expectations and we hope to go back and rent the same unit.

Great stay in E303 in Isle of Palms

At least our 5th or 6th visit (long enough that we have to choose "family with older children" now for the review type) to E303 and still our favorite! Really enjoyed the new appliances this year and the new flooring! As someone else mentioned in a previous review, the pictures just don't do the actual view from the screen porch justice. It's one of our favorite places in the condo to spend time eating dinner, playing games, or just reading and enjoying the ocean breeze and sound. The only disappointing part this time was that the pool now closes at sunset, despite having lights available to turn on (the lights did not operate at all this year). There's something magical about swimming in the pool under the stars, with the sounds of the ocean in the background. I do hope the complex will reconsider opening the pool after dark again - people swam anyway until at least 10pm, so might as well have the lights turned on for safety reasons. Already looking forward to our visit again next summer! Thanks for continuing to share your beautiful condo with us! It's definitely a special place!

Still the Best!

This was our first year on the Isle of Palms in Port O' Call E303. The view of the ocean from the screened porch is so much better than the photos show. Many pluses to this property from the really comfy bed (loved the lightweight quilt) and the plush bath towels to the complementary wine and coffee. A walk to the beach was quick and easy and the sand was always so clean and beautiful no matter the tide. Due to recent storms off the Atlantic coast, the surf was rough, but we still loved walking along the edge looking for shells. We toured the Magnolia Plantation & Gardens one day and enjoyed every meal at the Long Island Cafe (ask for Laurie) and Acme Lowcountry Kitchen's "The Lighthouse" became a favorite carryout dinner of delicious scallops, shrimp and crab cake. We will return!

Mr & Mrs

A beautiful place, every consideration about what guests would need. Great view, screened porch the pinnacle of the experience. Clean, comfortable, easy access to the beach, would come back again with no hesitation. Only complaint--the tv's in each room are not uniform in terms of access, the DVD player was not hooked up, and there really should be a high-definition cable stream for a high-definition smart tv. The picture was blurred because the signal is standard def, which is like watching a 40-year-old tv. Fix this, and the experience would be well-nigh perfect! Really enjoyed our days there.

Really Enjoyable Stay

It was a great place to stay. Clean, quiet, amenities for the beach and a gorgeous view.
