Ocean views from every single room. Top floor. Corner unit. Welcome to D301.

This is one of Port O’ Call’s most coveted positions — a top-floor end unit that delivers sweeping views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the community pool from virtually every room in the condo. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the kitchen, lounging in the living room, or relaxing on the screened-in porch, the ocean is always right there with you.
Renovated and beautifully appointed, D301 is the kind of condo that exceeds expectations — guests consistently describe it as the nicest unit they’ve stayed in at Port O’ Call. The layout is bi-level, adding a sense of space and privacy, and the screened porch keeps bugs out while keeping the ocean breeze in. Head up to the crow’s nest for even more jaw-dropping views from the top.
Port O’ Call sits within Wild Dunes, putting you steps from the beach, the oceanfront community pool, golf, bike trails, spa, and the dining and shopping of IOP, Sullivan’s Island, and historic Charleston 30 minutes away. The property is also wheelchair accessible.

Communication for a few questions was easily and quickly answered by a really nice rep! Everything was very clean, including the inside and the outside deck. Also, the deck at the very top is perfect for pictures of the ocean and of the sunset! Definitely will be seeking this one again!
