There are ocean views, and then there’s this.

Perched on the top floor of Port O’ Call — one of the Isle of Palms’ most sought-after oceanfront communities — E302 puts the Atlantic Ocean at center stage. Wake up to an unobstructed horizon. Step onto your private balcony with coffee in hand. Watch the pelicans glide. The beach is literally steps from your door.
Completely remodeled in 2023 with all-new furniture, decor, fresh paint, and a walk-in shower, this one-bedroom condo sleeps up to five guests and is professionally managed by Deserving Vacations for a seamless, stress-free stay. As a top-floor unit, you’ll enjoy extra privacy, reduced foot traffic, and — most importantly — the best vantage point in the building. The fully equipped kitchen, king bed, and open living area make it just as comfortable for long stays as it is for a long weekend escape to the South Carolina coast.
When you’re ready to head outside, Port O’ Call’s oceanfront community pool is waiting, and the Isle of Palms shoreline stretches as far as the eye can see. Dolphins play just offshore. Local restaurants and shops are nearby. And the charm of historic Charleston is just 30 minutes away.
This is your Isle of Palms beach vacation, elevated.

Port O' Call E302 - Top Floor Ocean View Condo!

We stay at Port O Call every spring. This is our first time in this unit and we were very pleased! Bed is comfortable, shower is great, decor is fresh. I couldn't figure out the thermostat and Alec straightened it out right away. Communication from Deserving Vacations is excellent; probably the most responsive of any management company we've experienced. Access to the beach and pool could not be more convenient. Parking is easy. Wild Dunes has something for everyone.
Can't wait to return next year!

Early Spring Get-a-way

This was a lovely condo with plenty of space, a beautiful rooftop patio, a screened in porch and great beach access. I would definitely recommend these units and the Wild Dunes area. Tons of great restaurants on IOP and surrounding areas and a beautiful beach!

Great Condo, wonderful area

Beautiful condo. Great view of the ocean and the pool! Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great Condo

Great stay

What a beautiful place for 5 best friends to meet up for a long weekend together. The condo was beautiful, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The location was great and so easy to walk to the beach or pool. I will note that it is far from downtown with some traffic so keep that in mind.
