2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king bed, and open layout make it easy to settle in, and the oceanfront pool is just outside. Port O’ Call sits within Wild Dunes, putting the beach, golf, bike trails, spa, and the restaurants and shops of IOP, Sullivan’s Island, and historic Charleston within easy reach.
Whether you’re waking up to the sound of the ocean, floating in the pool at sunset, or driving into Charleston for a dinner out, D101 puts everything right where you need it.

🏊 Pool Access Port O’ Call D101 guests have exclusive access to the Port O’ Call oceanfront pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.
🏋️ Fitness The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the <a href="https://www.iop.net/recreation/facilities">Isle of Palms Recreation Center</a> as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

Port O' Call D101 by Deserving Vacations

Wonderful location, the 1st floor screened in porch made it a breeze to walk over to the pool or beach! The area is down from the main Wild Dunes resort so we always had plenty of space on the beach. The condo was great for a small family, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We also loved the crabbing excursion Deserving Vacations recommended at the IOP marina. Thanks for a great week!

This is a perfect little area for a few nights to just get away.  We parked our Van and did not leave the whole time.  We used Clean Eatz meals and had no need to leave.  Kids enjoyed the beach and pool adventure daily.
