2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Pelican Bay 13 - Brand New Reno! 1 Block to Beach!

This was such a wonderful property for our trip to Isle of Palms, SC. We arrived from Minnesota and found it very easy to get to from the airport. The accommodations were perfect for our family of four. Very short walk to the beach, which was gorgeous. The kitchen and grill were in good working order. Very comfortable and well appointed spaces! I recommend this property highly.

Loved Pelican Bay! Had EVERYTHING we needed!

This lovely home was perfect for a long weekend girls getaway! We had plenty of space across the 3 bedrooms, and enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen with all of the pots/pans/utensils we needed. The proximity to the beach (5 min walk) was amazing! Highly recommend this rental property and company.
