2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Just reach out, or visit our beach project page on our website for the latest.

Lagoon Villa 23 - Modern Villa Near Beach! Pool!

We stayed here with another couple and loved it. The layout gave us a lot of privacy and we all commented on how clean, roomy and well-appointed this condo was. The complex was quiet with a nice pool and close to excellent walking paths.

Perfect Place

Booking with Deserving Vacations is 10/10. Alec was an awesome host and treated us extremely well. Any questions or concerns I had, he answered in a quick response. We stayed at Lagoon Villa 23. It was absolutely beautiful, just as pictured! It was in a very quiet, private area in wilddunes. If you are thinking about choosing to stay here definitely do not hesitate!! We WILL be back! Not to mention… it was fairly priced out of every other option I looked at in IOP!

Lagoon Villa 23 review
