Wake up to the sunrise from a king bed angled perfectly to catch it. Step off the screened porch straight onto the beach.

Port O’ Call F102 is a one-of-a-kind ground-floor oceanfront condo with an angled layout that makes it feel like a private home rather than a typical condo — exactly what returning guests say makes it their favorite place on the entire island. Pristine, well-stocked, and communication with the hosts is excellent.
For a couple seeking the ultimate IOP beachfront experience, F102 is hard to beat. The beach is quiet, the community is gated, and guests consistently say they’ll be back to this exact place.

Port O' Call F102 - Oceanfront Oasis w/ Walkout!

This place was wonderful! We stayed here for our honeymoon and were literally steps away from the beach. Very peaceful and neighbors were respectful of noise, even the construction on the beach was super quiet! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets to watch from the porch or even watch from the bed! So many amenities and the washer and dryer is a life saver coming back from the pool. Will definitely be staying here again!

Honeymoon Stay

Perfect location with stunning view. Renovated bathrooms and upscale, very comfortable living room and bedroom furniture. Rental, check-in, and check-out process was seamless with the Lodgify app. Would rent again.

Outstanding rental

Port O’ Call F102 is absolutely stunning! You are literally 5-6 steps to toes in the sand. The views are beautiful, the screened in porch makes the evenings a wonderful place to sit & take in the waves. The condo is very clean & stocked, and the King size bed sleeps amazing 🤩 . We give Alec and condo 10 stars ⭐️

Williams Family 2025

We were impressed with everything about our stay here. The decor, the location, the view, the amenities, the sunrises, the beach. Small touches and appointments made the stay feel like a luxury hotel. I had spent a lot of time looking for accommodations for our little vacation and I think I found the best there is in the area in F102. I hope there will be another vacation we can spend here.

Amazing!

The location of the condo was great and we loved the layout with the views out of the great room and bedroom of the dunes, beach and ocean were stunning!!! very well decorated and great response by Alec... hope we can stay here again
