2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. 🏊 Pool Access Lagoon Villa 34 guests have access to the Lagoon Villas community pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

We recommend the <a href="https://www.iop.net/recreation/facilities">Isle of Palms Recreation Center</a> as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

Lagoon Villa 34 - Top Floor Serenity! Near Ocean!

We loved this 2 BR/2 BA condo! They had everything that we needed, including a very comfortable king-sized bed in the Master, huge living/dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen. All of the furniture seemed new and comfortable, including the huge living room TV. It was so nice to sit outside on the balcony in the treetops with a lagoon view below, and it is just a few minutes walk from the tennis center. We have no complaints and we hope to stay again soon.
