2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. 🏊 Pool Access
No pool access. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors.

🏋️ Fitness
The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

🎾 Tennis & Pickleball
Pay-to-play at the Wild Dunes Tennis Center. Free courts also at the Isle of Palms Recreation Center.

⛳ Golf
Pay-to-play on the Wild Dunes Links and Harbor Courses — two championship layouts designed by Tom Fazio.

🔇 Noise Ordinance
Isle of Palms enforces a noise ordinance from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
