The Smokey Gentleman

An amazing place in the perfect location. An easy walk to market square and off the busy streets make it perfect for a Knoxville weekend. We went to Neyland stadium for a game and it was a nice 25 min walk.

Great Walkable Location!

This property is perfection. Location is about as convenient as you’ll get in Knoxville if you’re planning to spend time downtown or anywhere on campus. Every detail is perfectly curated - everything you need at your fingertips, yet nothing wasteful or silly. Fun, fantastic place to create memories. Our family will be back again and again.

Amanda was an excellent host, and The Smokey Gentleman exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless, beautifully designed, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—within walking distance of Market Square, restaurants, and downtown attractions, while still feeling safe and quiet. The free parking was a huge bonus, and the check-in process was simple and seamless. The unit was well-equipped, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family. The place was super cute and just as advertised! It is so convenient for everything downtown and within walking distance to everything. We will definitely be booking this again, when we come back. We have also told everyone about it so if they find they are in Knoxville looking for a place to stay this is the one.
