Lazy Acorn "The Blue Gill" on Lake Mitchell

My brother and I stayed here for a second year for our annual fishing trip. Great spot for the two of us to meet up and hang out for a long weekend. It has a dock to keep the boat in the water, enough parking for two trucks and a trailer, and comfy beds. It's a perfect spot.

Perfect Fishing Hub

My husband and I, along with our chihuahua Quinn, had a nice time at the Blue Gill. Throughout the week, we had several family members visit, which they also loved the place. It's very clean, bright and inviting. I would stay there again, although, I'd like to see what the Yellow Perch looks like. I'm sure it's just as nice! :)

Perfect Little Blue Gill :)

It was the perfect spot to relax after long fun days on the lake. Dock is great if you bring your boat.

Fourth of July

My husband,Mom and I stayed at the blue gill cabin for 9 nights in the middle of June. The fishing was slow, but what we did catch for pan fish were big fish! We loved that we could bring all of our dogs along with us as well. There is a lot of things to do in the area if you are not into fishing or just relaxing by the water.
