Mario Bertelli oriental style and themed furnishings, Villa Domina Levante can accommodate up to 16 adults with 4 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, 3 sofa beds The villa is divided into two units, the main house and the annex. On the manor house there is a romantic characteristic turret with a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace overlooking the sea. 
The turret is accessed via an iron spiral staircase from the suggestive circular main entrance. On the ground floor of the manor house there is a large terrace with sea view with dining area, comfortable sitting room and access to the garden, two double bedrooms, one with sea view, 2 bathrooms with shower, a large living room with fireplace, TV and sofa bed, a sea view kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, kettle, toast. 
The dependance with independent entrance is accessed via a large room with TV, another fireplace, a kitchenette and two sofa beds, there are 2 other bedrooms, one double with a cot and a triple with 1 double bed and a single bed, a bathroom serves the two bedrooms. The annex has another sea view terrace with a marble dining table, benches and access to the garden. 
All the rooms are furnished in style with the oriental architecture that distinguishes this suggestive period architecture. Some furnishings have come directly from Turkey, Morocco and some Middle Eastern countries to recall the Ottoman and Norman influences of medieval Puglia. The very large garden has been set up as a mini park, with a mini hydromassage pool, benches, swing, hammock, romantic gazebo with table and chairs, stone fountain, gazebo with sun loungers, palm trees, calisthenics gym, picnic area with table and chairs and lawn area. 
The exterior of the villa is completed by an indoor SPA area with a bathtub that produces steam for the Turkish bath, a shisha area, a characteristic porch with ornamental plants and flowers, a parking space with the possibility of recharging electric cars, a shower external. Inside the villa there is enough space for up to 3 cars, externally there is a private road where it is possible to park more. The house is also equipped with an alarm system connected to a video surveillance system in the external areas only
Guests can access all areas of the house and garden without any exclusion, the villa is for the exclusive use of guests. "La Baia Del Pescatore" is the closest beach reachable on foot just 200 meters from the villa, it is a free and romantic beach where some small fishing boats are moored, equipped with parking spaces and an open-air bar / aperitif / restaurant area open until late evening. On foot or preferably by car you can reach other larger equipped beaches such as Capitan Morgan or El Cohiba with bar and restaurant service until the evening. In the area there are other exquisite restaurants such as "Casa Mita", famous in the area for its fresh fish or "Maometto" in the town of Pulsano just 5 minutes away by car. 
There is no shortage of more sought-after refreshment places such as the locally famous "La Barca" restaurant with sea view just 500 meters on foot or the "Melià" pizza restaurant a little further on or the "Mari Contemporary Pizza" pizzeria 5 minutes by car in Pulsano. For a different evening we recommend the "Katerin Pub" with music and good food. 
Nearby in summer there are also discos, rides and numerous clubs open until late in the evening, especially in the Fatamorgana area. The nearest airport is Brindisi (Aeroport Del Salento) about 45 minutes by car. You arrive in the capital Taranto in 15 minutes by car, a city characterized by its history, its two seas, the old city and the Aragonese Castle. We recommend visiting Porto Cesareo for its evening stroll and its sunsets and then Lecce, Brindisi, Ostuni, all places about 1 hour away from Villa Domina Levante.

Villa domina che domina il mare

Posizione comoda al mare, proprio due passi.. Vista spettacolare dal portico e giardino immenso. I proprietari accoglienti, gentili e molto disponibili ci han dato un sacco di consigli sulle attività da fare e posti da visitare. Comoda a tutti i negozi, supermercati, ristoranti di Leporano e Pulsano.
Nonostante fosse la settimana di ferragosto molto affollata, siamo stati proprio bene! La consigliamo!

Soggiorno da sogno

Fantastiskt boende som kunde erbjuda det vi behövde på vår resa med släkten. Sovrummen var väl utrustade och bäddsofforna var även de helt ok att sova i. De gjorde även iordning en spjälsäng till det minsta barnet vi hade med oss.
Trädgården med spabad, pingisbord, minigym och fina ställen att relaxa på var verkligen uppskattad. Det var härligt att sitta på terrassen i anslutning till köket på så väl morgon som på kvällarna.
Det var gångavstånd på 200 m ner till den närmaste stranden. Annars rekommenderas bil starkt så att man kan tas sig runt till alla trevliga utflyktsmål.
Värdarna för huset var väldigt trevliga och tillmötesgående med all slags information och tips om området. In och utcheckning fungerade smidigt trots att vi kom sent och lämnade tidigt!

Beautiful villa in a lovely garden with sea views. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. We also enjoyed evenings on the terrace, and the outdoor jacuzzi.

Abbiamo appena trascorso una settimana in questa villa. La struttura è splendida, fedele alle foto pubblicate sul sito. Gli spazi esterni sono ampi e funzionali; quelli interni accoglienti, comodi, curati e pulitissimi. Tutto ciò ha reso il soggiorno piacevolissimo, anche ad un gruppo numeroso come il nostro (composto da ben quindici persone!) Pierpaolo e Liliana sono squisiti, estremamente attenti ed accoglienti. Esperienza assolutamente positiva! Provare per credere!
