If you are looking for a place to truly disconnect, you have just found it. Built by our family over more than thirty years, On Earth is one of a kind: a remote little paradise under the Greek sky, made for slow mornings, long dinners outdoors, and evenings listening to the waves on the beach below.
The villa stands completely alone - the nearest house is half a kilometre away. Every single window looks out to the sea, and the 8,000 sq. meter (86,000 sq. ft.) fenced garden gives kids and pets all the space they could ever want to play and explore.
The whole villa is yours: it sleeps up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with two double beds - with 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and two patios. The living room and the master bedroom are air-conditioned, both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and WiFi comes via Starlink satellite - fast internet in a place with no neighbours. Arrival is self check-in with a lockbox, so come as late as you like. The house is environmentally friendly, running on solar power with backup grid connectivity.
Outdoors, the covered living room is where you will spend most of your time: a rattan sofa, a hanging swing chair, a barbecue, and the sea below. At night the sky here is genuinely dark - stars, waves, and a glass of wine.
Four quiet beaches lie less than 400 m away - three with pebbles, one with sand, never crowded. The village of Loutra, with its supermarkets and tavernas, is about 1 km away, and the famous thermal springs of Agia Paraskevi are minutes from the house. You will need a car, and a note on the approach: the last 500 metres are a dirt road, and in a few places it is a bit rough. Driven slowly it is fine for a normal car - but a very low car may struggle, and if you have the choice, pick something with a bit of ground clearance. It is part of what keeps this corner of the coast so quiet.
A few small areas stay locked during your stay (two basement utility rooms, the attic, the garden's water tower and the small storage room beside it) - everything else is yours. No one is present at the villa, but we are always one message away, and we will send you a full guide to the area - beaches, tavernas, what to do - after your booking.

The garden is well-maintained (the sprinkler system comes on at 3:00 a.m. every night, so don't get wet 😊). The view and location of the veranda are amazing. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!Das Haus ist wunderschön gestaltet, sehr ruhig gelegen und der perfekte Ort, um auf Kassandra zu entspannen. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und sorgt jeden Tag für echtes Urlaubsgefühl. Tolle Sandstrände, gute Tavernen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit: Bei unserer Ankunft war alles makellos und hervorragend vorbereitet. Auch die neue Küche ist ein echtes Highlight. Sie ist hochwertig ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Villa ist insgesamt sogar noch schöner und besser ausgestattet, als es die Fotos vermuten lassen.Im Nachbarort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt für das Nötigste. Ein Auto ist definitiv empfehlenswert, idealerweise ein SUV, da die Zufahrt stellenweise etwas uneben ist.Vielen Dank an Sakis für die tolle Zeit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Great sandy beaches, good taverns and shopping facilities are quickly accessible by car.We would like to emphasize the cleanliness in particular: On our arrival, everything was spotless and excellently prepared. The new kitchen is also a real highlight. It is equipped with high-quality appliances and offers everything you need. Overall, the villa is even more beautiful and better equipped than the photos suggest.In the neighboring village there is a small supermarket for the essentials. Diese Unterkunft hat Charakter und man merkt wie viel Liebe reingesteckt wurde von Sakis und seiner Familie. alles ist aufeinander perfekt abgestimmt. der Blick auf das Meer ist gigantisch und einmalig. Der Garten lädt ein zum entspannen. Sollte Chalkidiki nochmals ein Urlaubsziel werden, dann ist diese Villa die Wahl. Ohne Diskussion. Wir kommen wieder.
