We had a lovely long weekend at the beach, staying in this "Oasis by the Sea". Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants. Pretty back yard with Citrus trees and Monarch Butterflies. Ed is a great host.

Amazing

We have stayed here several times now over the years and our host outdoes himself each time! We stay in this home with our extended family and it is very comfortable. We love the yard for the kids, washer and dryer, and how stocked the kitchen is. Our host has excellent communication. We will stay here again and again. Easy access to Pierpont, the freeway. It’s located in a nice walkable area. We love it here!

Vacation stay at Pierpont Bay Ventura
The proximity and easy access to the beach was a huge advantage in the rental of this property. Once there we were delighted with the welcoming treats left for our family by our host. Great communication with our host when we needed it. Our grandkids enjoyed playing both inside and in the well maintained backyard. The house is older but it was clean and kitchen was stocked with all necessary items and well as some extras. Plenty of comfortable seating. It met the needs for our family. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Very pleasant beach house
We spent the weekend with our granddaughter. We found the property to be very clean and comfortable and the owner/manager to be very helpful. A beautiful bouquet of flowers and a bowl of fresh fruit welcomed us as well as a multitude of pantry and refrigerated items. The property is very close to the beach and in a quiet neighbourhood.
