Casa Maya is a Beachfront 4BD private villa with approximately 3,150 square feet of interior air-conditioned space, located in the gated community El Encanto de La Laguna. The villa is found on one of the most picturesque beaches with the miles of sand stretching out in both directions - perfect for long sunrise and sunset walks. 
The price includes access to the Beachfront club* (minimum consumption requirements apply / seating is subject to availability / age restrictions apply) and Fitness Center* membership for the duration of your stay.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Master bedroom #1 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.
Master bedroom #2 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.
Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom. Garden view.
Detached bedroom with private access has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Garden/Street view.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Max occupancy - 8 people.
A minimum of 3 night stay is required.
A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.
A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.
A security deposit of $1,500.00 USD is required.
Available for long term rentals

Wonderful property

Casa Maya is the greatest and we've been multiple times. The location is so serene, away from all the riff raff in downtown Cabo. The house is very clean and well kept, and the view of the ocean is just spectacular. There's nothing like waking up to the sight and sound of the surf.  Also, the gym is a great amenity. We will continue to return year after year!
