Following the traditional architecture of Lefkada Island, it was established just a few months back. Constructed atop the hill’s slope, facing the harbour’s entrance, it looks over the bay where ships of all shapes and sizes come and go, skimming the surface of the ocean blue as they cruise. The villa has immediate access to the village, as well as a private pathway leading directly to the sea. This trail stretches beneath an archway of trees which provide shade on those hot summer months. The outdoors barbeque pergola will be looking forward to serving as your host while you build unforgettable memories along with your family or friends. Just a level below, is where the private pool is located along with sunbeds and bean bags, a perfect setting for unwinding. A great stay, with great service!

This villa and it’s location are amazing. The layout, amenities and views were all as advertised, if not a lot better. There is plenty of room to spread around, and the close proximity of the bars, tavernas and amenities of Sivota is a big reason to stay here. Elena is a very helpful and fun person to deal with. Her various recommendations were excellent. We would come again!

Villa Elanthy is definitely the place to stay for delightful holidays in Lefkada.
Absolutely amazing villa (part of Liovitri Villas’ property): brand new and as gorgeous as in the pictures. Decorated in a very refined manner, with amazing views on bay from all terraces, pool, bedrooms and even bathrooms.
A private access to sea shore with your own deck chairs. A lovely small path to go directly to the village by foot - this is an absolute luxury and a very exquisite privacy.
We felt warmly welcome by Elena. She spoiled us with yummy treats when we arrived and shared with us her local insights to discover Lefkada.
Among our arrival and thanks to Elena’s advices, we have rented a boat with Occhi Verdi Boating at the Sivota bay’s harbor. Enjoying the hidden caves, beaches and small islands around every days with a boat does definitely set unforgettable holidays.

No need to take a car to access to the boat. No need to take a car to reach restaurants - such as great Sivota Bakery Café or cool Liotrivi Cafe & Gallery. Just need to walk for 5 very pleasant minutes…
