Walking distance to everything with an amazing view down Zicatela Beach all the way to La Punta. Be in the heart of it all. Beautifully decorated in BoHo style with all the comforts you want. Private apartment with a shared garden and pool. Garden and pool are shared only with the other 2 studios and the owners who live onsite in the 3 bedroom house.) Upper balcony shared with just one other studio but you each still have your own space just for you in the balcony. The grounds are totally enclosed and include a 3 bedroom house when the two owners live and 3 complete studios. Each studio is self contained and includes their own kitchen, living and bedroom area and bathroom. Shared spaces could include the deck as well as garden and pool. El Centro is very walkable. Taxis and collectivos are easy to reach. You're less than a 4 minute walk to Chedraui, the main grocery store and less than 7 minutes to Playa Principal. We live on site if you need anything. We are two queer women with a little dog who has no boundaries. If you let her she will be your best friend and even take naps with you. But also, you don't have to let her if you can resist that sweet little face. Live like a local in El Centro. You'll be able to walk in 10 minutes to Zicatela Beach. 2 minutes to Chedraui. 15 minutes to other beaches. Very walkable or taxis are easy as well.
