Use of the residence is governed by a shared ownership structure held within a Limited Liability Company (LLC). Prior to use, guests are assigned a temporary membership interest in the LLC, granting lawful rights to occupy the property during their scheduled stay.
All rights, responsibilities, and policies are governed by the LLC Operating Agreement, which supersedes platform descriptions. Certain platform features may be displayed inaccurately due to required listing settings and do not reflect governing policies.
Only stays of 31 days or longer are permitted outside of the LLC Operating Agreement. Please inquire for additional details.

Perfect Location All Season w Pool/SPA/SAUNA/Games

We had a great stay at Alex's place. The team was very responsive to our questions leading up to the stay. The back yard was awesome, lots of space inside, and clean inside.  Lastly, the location was a little further from the Strip than I had originally thought. ~20 min by uber or a little more with traffic.
